If you use Korrasat AI on behalf of an organization, your organization may control certain data processed through the service. Where applicable, we can provide a Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

3. Personal data we collect
A) Data you provide
- Account & profile data: name, email, password (hashed), organization name, role/title.
- Billing details: billing address, country, VAT/tax information.
- Support and communications: messages you send us, feedback, attachments, and troubleshooting details.
- User Content: prompts, inputs, and files you upload to use the service, and the outputs generated for you.
B) Data collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, pages/actions taken, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic logs.
- Technical identifiers: identifiers needed to maintain sessions, security, and service reliability.
Sensitive Data Notice: Please do not submit sensitive personal data (e.g., health data, biometrics, government IDs) unless a feature explicitly requires it.
4. How we use personal data
- Provide and operate the service (accounts, features, outputs, customer support).

5. AI features, prompts, and training
Service Processing
To provide AI features, we process User Content (your prompts/inputs/files) and generate outputs for you.
No training on User Content
We do not use your User Content to train or improve our AI models.
We may use aggregated, de-identified usage metrics (e.g., feature adoption, performance statistics, error rates) to improve the service without using your content for model training.
Safety and abuse prevention
We may process data (including content signals) to detect spam, fraud, security incidents, or prohibited use. Where needed, limited review may occur to investigate issues, enforce policies, or comply with applicable law.
Output quality
AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, or financial decisions.
6. Payments (Telr)
If you purchase paid services, payments are processed through Telr (our payment gateway).
- What Telr processes: payment card details and transaction processing information.
- What we receive: limited payment-related information such as payment status, transaction reference IDs, and partial card metadata (e.g., card brand, last 4 digits) for invoicing.
- What we do not store: we do not store full card numbers or CVV on our servers.
Telr’s processing is governed by Telr’s own privacy and security practices.
